Government Contracts
Formal Government-Contracted Services
PrivateSave operates under formal contractual arrangements with government bodies, including enforcement and regulatory agencies, for the professional custody of assets subject to legal proceedings.
In all such arrangements, PrivateSave acts exclusively as an independent professional custodian. We do not possess enforcement authority, issue legal orders, or make decisions about the disposition of assets. All decisions remain with the competent authority.
Transparency Statement
PrivateSave is a private company. Any reference to working with government bodies describes formal contracted service relationships only. We are not a government agency, and we do not claim to represent or act on behalf of the Belastingdienst or any other authority beyond our contracted custodial mandate.
Every government-contracted custody arrangement is established only on the basis of properly executed, authenticated legal documentation.
All custody events are recorded, time-stamped, and available for independent audit by the contracting authority or designated representatives.
Our service scope is precisely defined in each contract. We do not undertake activities outside the boundaries of our contracted mandate.
Assets are released only upon receipt of formal, verified authorization from the competent authority that established the custody arrangement.
Specialist Services
Enforcement Asset Handling
PrivateSave provides specialist interim custody services for physical assets placed under enforcement proceedings by competent authorities.
Interim Secure Custody
Assets subject to seizure orders or interim measures are held in our certified high-security facilities pending completion of legal proceedings — preserving their condition and value throughout the process.
Professional Cataloguing
Independent, detailed cataloguing of all seized assets at intake, including photography, measurement, weight verification, and condition assessment — creating a contemporaneous evidentiary record.
Authorized Access Management
Strictly controlled access to held assets by authorized persons — including authorized representatives and appraisers — recorded and documented at each access event.
Asset Release
Release & Restitution Procedures
The release of assets from PrivateSave follows a documented, multi-step authorization process to ensure procedural compliance and protect all parties.
For assets held under a government-contracted arrangement, release requires formal written authorization from the competent authority (e.g., a Belastingdienst release confirmation or a court order). Payment of a tax debt alone does not automatically authorize release — formal communication from the authority is required.
Request Release ConsultationStep 1: Authorization Receipt
We receive and verify formal written authorization from the relevant competent authority.
Step 2: Identity Verification
The authorized recipient's identity is verified against the documentation on file.
Step 3: Condition Check
Assets are inspected and a final condition report is produced before handover.
Step 4: Documented Handover
Assets are formally transferred with full chain-of-custody documentation signed by both parties.
