Our Story
A Legacy of Trust and Accountability
Founded in 2009, PrivateSave B.V. was established to meet a growing need for professional, independent custody services that could serve both private clients and public sector bodies operating under strict regulatory frameworks.
Our headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands, positions us at the centre of European financial regulation, allowing us to remain current with Dutch and EU requirements governing asset custody, enforcement procedures, and client documentation.
We operate exclusively as a private company. Where we work alongside government agencies or enforcement authorities, we do so under formal contractual arrangements with clearly defined and limited scope — always serving as a professional custodian, never as a decision-making authority.

Contractual Arrangements
When we work with government agencies, we do so under formal, documented contractual arrangements with clearly defined scope. The existence of such an arrangement is always verifiable and factually described — never implied or exaggerated.
Authority Rests with Competent Authorities
All decisions regarding tax assessments, enforcement, seizure, or asset release are made exclusively by legally competent authorities — including the Belastingdienst (Tax and Customs Administration) and Dutch courts. PrivateSave executes custody; it does not decide outcomes.
